      When deleting users that have existing issues, it'd be nice to allow the cleaning up of those issues to be done on that page, via two methods:

      1) the number of issues should be hyperlinked to the appropriate 'find issues' filter. Eg, if it says user X has 6 assigned issues, I could click on the 6 and see the issues they are currently assigned.

      2) It should be possible to force a delete regardless, and assign all the issues to some other user (much like version delete works)

            This is in the delete user UI, and has been for a considerable time

            Using one above to get a list of issues, you can then do a Bulk Edit.
