Assign all open issues to another user

      When a user leave organization, his/her works should be transfered to another person.
      To do that, we have to manually go through all open/in process bugs to the new person.

      It would be very helpful to have a feature that will change all open/in process bugs to a certain user.

            Do search eg

            assignee = mary and resolution = EMPTY

            then do a bulk update and edit the assignee
