Moving work item from team-managed project to company-managed project results removes the description value if the respective wiki renderer is turned off in the field configuration

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a work item in a team-managed project to be moved to a company-managed project.
2. Ensure the company-managed project has the wiki renderer turned off in its field configuration.
3. Move the work item

Expected Results

Description field value should be retained.

Actual Results

Description field value is removed.

Workaround

Turn on the wiki renderer in the company-managed project for the description field.
