Add support for membersOf JQL function for Teams

      Hello everyone,

      I'm April, a product manager with Atlassian Teams 👋. I appreciate you sharing your insights and use cases regarding this topic.

      We've shipped this to 100% of customers. 

      Previously, membersOf() only worked with groups:
      `assignee in membersOf("jira-administrators")

      Now you can also target a Team by its ID:
      assignee in membersOf("id:<teamId>")

      Original wording:

      A smallish question but top of mind for me at the moment; will it be possible to use for example the membersOf function for jira teams in future? Currently I understand that the membersOf function only works for groups which is very cumbersome since we can't manage groups ourselves.
