    Description

      WHO: Team lead / Product Owner overseeing development of the product.

      WHAT: Ability to search by team using JQL.

      WHY: It's inconvenient to search by listing all the members of the team within JQL query. On top of it, it might be different person defining who's member of the team and person who's actually using JQL.

       

      Notes:

      • We use Cloud versions of Jira and Confluence.
      • To define teams, we use "https://<cloud_instance>.atlassian.net/people". 

      Workarounds:

      • **Use groups: 
        • assignee in membersOf("group_name")
