Issue Summary
Request participants not added via email request.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make the project Open and the sharing permissions as below.
2. Configure the approved domain in the user access setting for "Any domain" with JSM "Customer" role.
3. Send an email to the connected incoming email address adding CC a new email (Make sure the email in CC must not be present in the system)
Expected Results
The email in the CC should be added to the request as Request Participant
Actual Results
The email in the cc is not added to the request as Request Participant despite the user account being created for the email in CC.
Workaround
Adjust the User access settings to modify the Project role for Any domains to None for the JSM product. This will create portal-only accounts for users from domains not included in the Approved domain list.
