Using Safari browser shows half of video attachment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open your Jira in Safari browser
2. Try to see a video in a comment, for example

Expected Results

You will be able to see the "stop/play" button and the full thumbnail of the video.

Actual Results

The thumbnail is half shown and the buttons are not visible:

Workaround

The workaround is to double click in the video so it will open in full window view.
Or use a different browser
