Issue Summary

Videos added in the description field are misaligned in Safari version 18.5, causing them to shift down within their frames. This issue is specific to Safari, as videos display correctly in Chrome

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Safari Browser Navigate to any Jira ticket
2. In the description field, use the add image, video or file option
3. Add a vertical frame video.

Expected Results

The video is uploaded expected. 

Actual Results

The video shifts down within their frame(only half display is visible) and disappears in some cases.(attaching a screen recording)

In the video the first screen is from Safari and the following screen is Chrome(the attachment displays as expected).

Workaround

Use Chrome Browser.
