Issue Summary

Label type custom fields don't work properly on JSW forms.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom label field
2. Add to your form

Expected Results

The field to appear in the form fields since the public documentation mentions that this type is supported:

Actual Results

The field don't appear, and worse, if we made the field mandatory, it is not possible to submit the ticket with the form since we can't fulfill a mandatory field, resulting in a "Something gone wrong" error.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
