Issue Summary

Switch back popup menu not working in sites with custom domain

This bug is similar to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-93296, however, applies to sites with custom domain URL.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the admin panel as an administrator ( admin.atlassian.com )
2. Select a product with site on custom domain:
3. Select any other user and Log in as user and we land on the Jira user interface

Expected Results

Every time when we refresh the page, a pop-up skippable window appears with an offer to switch back to the original account

Actual Results

There is no popup and options to switch back to the original account

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
