Problem

Currently, when a Sprint is deleted in Jira, it is permanently removed along with any Sprint-specific data. There is no way for users or admins to recover a deleted Sprint or the issues that were part of it at the time of deletion. This can lead to significant data loss and disruption, especially if the deletion was accidental or premature. Recovery is only possible via full site backup restores, which is not practical for most users and can impact other projects

Proposed Solution:

• Trash/Recycle Bin for Sprints: Deleted Sprints are moved to a dedicated trash area.

OR

• Recovery: Ability to restore deleted Sprints and their associated issues.
