Issue Summary

When you filter by environment in the Deployments tab, all deployments disappear

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Deployments tab on a Jira work item
2. Filter by an environment as shown in the screenshot
3. See the video in the link

Expected Results

• Deployments that match the filter should appear

  Actual Results

• All the deployments disappear and the browser console logs show:

  Multiple versions of FeatureGateClients found on the current page.
        The currently bound version is 0.0.0-use.local when module version 4.23.4 was loading.
