Issue Summary
On the Deployments page in Jira Software, applying filters (e.g. the issue type filter), using text search, or changing the settings under View settings to show fewer options may sometimes result in incomplete results being returned.
Note that the time range filter is not impacted.
Steps to Reproduce
- Visit the Deployments page in Jira Software.
- Apply filters.
- Observe that some issues may be missing from the results displayed in the table.
The problem only manifests when there are a large number of issues/deployments in the project's recent history.
Expected Results
All relevant issues should be visible in the table/chart.
Actual Results
Some issues may be missing.
Workaround
The only workaround at the moment is to refrain from applying any filters (except for the time range one, which is unaffected).
If you notice specific issues missing on that page and confirm you can see the deployments directly on the issue view, you may also try changing the filters and settings:
- First, apply some filters to your page and change the selections under View settings.
- Refresh the page, then remove all filters and make sure the settings select all options except for "Show issues without deployments"
That should force the page to sync and show all relevant information.
