Issue Summary

When a user accesses a Jira work item from the Linked issues section, the attachments will fail to load. (Preview unavailable)

However, accessing the same Jira work item using new tab or direct URL, the media attachments will load successfully. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira work item (Item A)
2. Create another Jira work item (Item B) that has attachments on its Description field. 
3. Notice the two are linked now under Linked issues section.
   1. 
4. Go back to Item A view.
5. Left-click on the linked issue (Item B) to load the work item on the same page. 

Use incognito browser for consistent replication. 

Expected Results

Attachments are loaded successfully on Item B.

Actual Results

Attachments failed to load on Item B

Workaround

1. Instead of using left-click to open the work item, right-click and open the issue in a new tab.
2. Or, access the work item directly using the URL.
3. Or reload the page.
