Issue Summary

We recently released Archived Issues page, but we've received reports that this button is not seen in all Service Projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a Service Project
2. Scroll down on the left-side menu
3. Archived Issues page should appear

Expected Results

Archived Issues button should be visible in Service Projects.

Actual Results

Button is missing.

Workaround

Use the following URL:

https://<Site Name>.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<Project Key>/issues/archive

After using this workaround, the button appears. If you go to a different page (within said project), the button disappears again.
