Archived issues section not visible for ITSM projects.

      Issue Summary

      Archived issue section is not visible for ITSM projects (Service projects).

      Steps to Reproduce

      Please ensure you've necessary permissions for Archiving the issue. 

      1. Access any Project which is of type : Service management (ITSM).
      2. On the Project sidebar the Archived issues section is not visible. 

      Expected Results

      Archived issues section should be visible for Project type : Service management (ITSM).

      Actual Results

      Archived issues section is not visible for Project type : Service management (ITSM).

      It is visible on other Projects type for e.g. Company managed - Software project. 

      Workaround

      Access the Archived Issues via URL through by specifying your Project key

      https://your-instance.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/Project-Key/issues/archive 

      After using this workaround, the button appears. If you go to a different page (within said project), the button disappears again.
