Issue Summary
Archived issue section is not visible for ITSM projects (Service projects).
Steps to Reproduce
Please ensure you've necessary permissions for Archiving the issue.
- Access any Project which is of type : Service management (ITSM).
- On the Project sidebar the Archived issues section is not visible.
Expected Results
Archived issues section should be visible for Project type : Service management (ITSM).
Actual Results
Archived issues section is not visible for Project type : Service management (ITSM).
It is visible on other Projects type for e.g. Company managed - Software project.

Workaround
Access the Archived Issues via URL through by specifying your Project key
https://your-instance.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/Project-Key/issues/archive
After using this workaround, the button appears. If you go to a different page (within said project), the button disappears again.
