Allow MS Teams Plugin to Use Customer View URLs in Notifications

      Currently, the Jira Cloud MS Teams plugin generates links in notifications that direct users to the agent view URL instead of the customer view URL. This behavior leads to access errors for users who do not have agent permissions. A feature request is proposed to allow configuration of the plugin to use customer view URLs in notifications, enhancing accessibility and user experience for customers.
