Issue Summary

Sites using the new navigation can see a generic error while opening apps within a project.

The error is a frontend exception and seems to not affect the app usage.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a site with the new navigation go to a project.
2. Try to open an app from the side menu.

Expected Results

The app should open without errors.

Actual Results

The app will open, but nn the UI a generic error will appear:

In browser dev tools we can see a frontend exception:

Error: could not find provider for given scope ID 
packageName: "jiraHorizontalNav"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
