Description

When performing a 'Basic' issue search, if you click on an issue, scroll down from the issue view to other tickets more than twice and then click 'Return to Search' the issue search changes to JQL and cannot be reverted to 'Basic'

If you refresh the page the search return to 'Basic'

How to replicate

1. Open any 'Basic' search using the 'New issue search'
2. Click on any issue
3. While on issue view click down on arrow to see the next issue at least twice
4. Click 'Return to Search'
5. Search changes from 'Basic' to 'JQL' and cannot be changed back
