Issue Summary
If you go to the Global View All Issues page, where you can filter your search using Basic Search in Jira, the search converts to an advanced search after viewing a ticket from the results.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to Filters > View All Issues > Apply a filter on the Project and any other column(for example, Status) > Now, view any of the Jira issues from the search result > Hit the back button from the browser > The Basic option will be greyed out(You can't switch to basic as the query is too complex or is invalid).
Expected Results
Jira waits for the user to type the full issue key to search and return any results, correct results or an error without changing to advanced search JQL automatically.
Actual Results
This conversion blocks the option to revert back to the basic search as the Basic option is greyed out.
Workaround
After viewing the ticket, if the Basic search option is Greyed out, then manually refresh the browser to be able to see the Basic option again.
