The child issues panel should open child issues in the same tab.

      We are not sure if the configurable fields for child issues new feature might have changed this behavior, but when clicking on a work item from the Child Issues panel, the work item opens in a new tab.

      We want the old experience back, where the child issues were opened in the center of the same tab.
