Ability to disable the "Find the projects your team works in" welcome page on first login

      When a user is added to the instance, on their first login, they will be redirected to the page <instance>.atlassian.net/welcome/jira and will be prompt with an onboarding projects selection.

      Suggested resolution

      Have the ability to disable this welcome page, as new users don't need to go through this landing page.

      Workaround

      The workaround is basically use the Skip button.
