      Issue Summary

      Allow site-admins to disable the welcome page during user onboarding.

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      Every time that an admin adds a new user this screen is shown.

      Expected Results

      Do not show the onboarding/welcome page and go directly to "Your Work" page.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
