Issue Summary

Adding a comment directly on the issue view or adding a comment while transitioning the issue results in below error:
"The comment you are trying to view does not exist Please refresh the page to see other comments"

Steps to Reproduce

USECASE-1

1. Transition the issue
2. Add a comment in the transition screen
3. When the Issue view loads there is an Error (intermittent)

"The comment you are trying to view does not exist Please refresh the page to see other comments"

USECASE-2

1. Go to the issue view and add a comment 
2. The comment loads fine however an error also appears 

"The comment you are trying to view does not exist Please refresh the page to see other comments" 

Expected Results

Since the comment is loading fine, users should not see this error as it seems irrelevant. 

Actual Results

The below error is displayed in the issue view

"The comment you are trying to view does not exist Please refresh the page to see other comments"
