Issue Summary
When the agent adds a comment in the reply to customer or internal note sections and transition the issue, the last comment added by the agent will vanish.
That's a random issue that happens sporadically.
Steps to Reproduce
There are two ways to reproduce this bug:
- Add a comment in the reply to customer or internal memo;
- Transition the issue to any status;
- The comment will vanish.
Or
- In the pop-up to transition an issue, add the comment in the reply to customer or internal memo;
- Submit the transition;
- The comment will not be added to the page.
Expected Results
We expected to see the comment in the page after transitioning the issue without refreshing the whole page.
Actual Results
The missing comment in the comments section. That's necessary to refresh the page to see the comment.
Workaround
Refresh the page to see the comment and mitigate the problem.
