      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attach an APNG file to an issue description or comment.
      2. File will upload and preview correctly.
      3. Refresh the page and there will be an error.

      Expected Results

      Actual Results

      After a page refresh:

      Something went wrong.

Try downloading the file to view it.

      Workaround

      Use a GIF instead of APNG.
