Add option to exclude completed Epics from epic assignment through the issue breadcrumb

      In Team-managed projects (previously known as Next-gen) when you open the add epic option the list includes completed Epics and the status is not displayed in that list make it difficult to choose the correct Epic.

      This behavior is expected as is a valid scenario to select completed Epics but it could be helpful to add the check/uncheck option to show or not completed Epics like in the Company-managed Epic link fields or at least add the status in the selection list to identify the completed Epics.
