Issue Summary

The Jira Premium Plan macro does not work with Jira DC 9.11+.

The Jira Premium Plan macro is able to render Plans from DC versions below 9.11.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure there is an Application Link setup between Confluence Cloud site and the Jira DC site.
2. Copy the "Share plan as confluence plan page" from a Jira DC plan
3. Past the share link into a page on the Confluence Cloud site 

Expected Results

The plan view should render on the page

Actual Results

The plan content does display, instead a "Something went wrong" error is shown

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior for integrating with Jira DC 9.11+. A workaround will be added here when available.

For versions earlier that Jira DC 9.11 the macro should continue to work.
