Issue Summary

When we upload a single non-image file to the description of a ticket, it becomes very difficult to enter edit mode as the click area is not obvious - only the area just below the file will get you into edit mode, the large space to the right of the file will not allow you to get into edit mode.

The problem only happens in the new issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a ticket
2. Upload a non-image file to the description field (eg .sql, .pdf, .txt)
3. Try to edit the description field

Expected Results

The description field should be editable

Actual Results

The description field is not editable

Workaround

Hover over the file to show the text box grey outline, and click on the extra space just below the file
