Allow sorting of field options alphabetically when using REST API

      We have the a Jira field list that we update from another system using the REST API but unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to sort the field options alphabetically after new options are added. Please allow sorting of field options alphabetically.

      A similar feature request was open has been closed out, but requested a new one put in by customer. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-76547
