Reorder custom field options alphabetically via API and Automation

    Description

      At this time Jira Cloud REST API has the option to reorder list option values, but we can't sort them alphabetically as we can do it via UI.

      It would be nice to have a parameter that could be provided using this API order them alphabetically and also Via Jira Automation
