      Issue Summary

Currently, with Advanced roadmaps in a Team Managed project, we can't create a hierarchy level as we can do in a company-managed project.

Below is the article for the same.

Limitations of team-managed projects in your plan

It would be great to allow admins to add additional hierarchy levels in a team-managed project just like we do in a company-managed project.

      Workaround

There is no workaround for this yet.

The two suggestions have different requirements.

With the above said, can we reopen this ticket to keep track of this request?

            Thank you.

JSWCLOUD-26225: Ability to add custom hierarchy level in a Team Managed project ( this one ) is aimed to allow team-managed projects to have hierarchy levels , as in the parent/child relationship; for reference, this is already possible for company-managed projects: Configure the issue type hierarchy JSWCLOUD-25290: As a team-managed user, I want to be able to define the issue type order in the project's settings , which is solely aimed at the "order" of the issue types, not directly related to hierarchy. With the above said, can we reopen this ticket to keep track of this request? Thank you.
