Ability to add description under the columns name on the board

      Problem Definition

      Currently there is no possibility to have a description under the Column name on the board

      Suggested Solution

      Customer would want to add description under the Column name on the board

      Why this is important

      Customer's quote:

      The number of words in the policy would make it unmanageable to display in the column header. That's why we think that a more sensible place would be to have it in the hover-over text for the column header.
