Issue Summary

Issues are created with no rank association

Steps to Reproduce

1. In some instances upon issue creation, the issue is created without a rank

Expected Results

Newly created issues should have a rank

Actual Results

Newly created issues do not have a rank

Workaround

Existing issue: Search for issues without a rank using JQL

rank = null

make sure to include "Rank" field as one of the displayed columns. ie:

Otherwise please contact support

Prevention: Ensure your workflow firing "Issue Created" event and not "Generic event"
