When viewing an issue's history in the All tab, it displays the name and the ID of the sprint, when the issue was added to it.

However, if you edit the sprint name, this is not reflected in the issue's history, and it can lead to confusion.

Suggestion: just add to the issue's history the ID of the sprint, and retrieve the name of it on the fly, so the sprint can be renamed several times and the issue history will reflect that.
