We are requesting the ability see a change log with usernames and timestamps of Sprint name changes for two reasons:

1. Users can go back and resolve any unwanted Sprint name changes
2. Resolve any confusion with sprint assignments within issues.

When a user changes a sprint name after issues have been assigned, the History log in the issue reflects the new name, but not the name changing.

For example, if:

1. Anne creates an issue and assigns it to "Sprint 1"
2. Bobbie renames "Sprint 1" to "Sprint 2"
3. Charlie assigns the issue to "Sprint 3"

The Activity>History log shows:

1. Anne updated the Sprint
   None -> "Sprint 1"
2. Charlie updated the Sprint
   "Sprint 2" -> "Sprint 3"

There is no mention of how the issue gets "assigned" to "Sprint 2", before reassignment to "Sprint 3."
