Issue Summary

If we change the sprint name, it won't show under the history of an issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the sprint name
2. Check the issue history

Expected Results

It should show that the sprint was renamed.

Actual Results

No logs under the history.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
