      Issue Summary

      When Enhanced my Board and Backlog is enabled, it shows Sunday as the first day of the week on Create / Edit Sprint screens even when ISO8601 is enabled from the system settings >> Look and feel tab.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. ISO8601 is enabled from the system settings >> Look and feel tab.
      2. Also enabled the Enhanced My Board and Backlog settings.
      3. Click on Start Sprint and select the date.
      4. It will show Sunday as start of the week.

      Expected Results

      It should show Monday as the first day of the week on Create / Edit Sprint screens even when ISO8601 is enabled from the system settings >> Look and Feel tab.

      Actual Results

      However, it shows Sunday as the first day of the week on Create / Edit Sprint screens

      Workaround

      Disable the Enhanced my Board and Backlog option from the Board settings, it will show Monday as start of the week.
