Issue Summary
In Board settings>>under Working Days,
give an option to set the starting day in the Sprint calendar dropdown to other days like Monday or Tuesday etc.
Right now, in Sprint create or edit modal, while setting the Sprint end date & Start date, we get Sunday as the start of the week:

Steps to Reproduce
- goto Backlog of Scrum project.
- Create a Sprint.
- Set the Sprint start & End date.
- You will see the start day of the week as Sunday.
Expected Results
We should have the option to change the start day of a week in the Sprint start & end date dropdown calendar.
Actual Results:
- You will see the start day of the week as Sunday.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

I'm confused why this date picker does not follow the rules of the date picker ISO8601 under look and feel. And why would anybody need to have a starting day as Tuesday.
After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JSWCLOUD-25719 – When Enhanced my Board and Backlog is enabled, it shows Sunday as the first day of the week on Create / Edit Sprint screens which is being tracked as a bug.
