Summary

Sprint link in Velocity Chart doesn't show Sprint Report.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a scrum project
2. Start a sprint
3. Complete the sprint
4. Go to "Report" > "Velocity Chart"
5. Click a sprint link

Expected Results

The link redirects to Sprint Report. The link works as expected on Jira Server.

Actual Results

The link redirects to the same page
https://EXAMPLE.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=3&view=reporting&chart=sprintRetrospective&sprint=3

Workaround

Directly select "Sprint Report" from the side menu
