Summary
Sprint link in Velocity Chart doesn't show Sprint Report.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a scrum project
- Start a sprint
- Complete the sprint
- Go to "Report" > "Velocity Chart"
- Click a sprint link
Expected Results
The link redirects to Sprint Report. The link works as expected on Jira Server.
Actual Results
The link redirects to the same page

Workaround
Directly select "Sprint Report" from the side menu
