Validate the Child issue status before transitioning the parent issue

Expected Results

Today, we have a condition on a workflow that validates if the sub-tasks are on specific status before you can transition the parent issue.

This Condition only works with Sub-Task Issues.

Add/Change the blocking condition to accept all issue types, including Initiatives from Advanced Roadmap.
