filter for epic when finalising before a certain date or starting after a certain date

      Currently JIRA Portfolio is missing a filter to see only all epics finalised before a certain date or starting after a certain date or a combination. Having such a filter makes it much easier to communicate the consequences of a specific scenario to all the stakeholders (e.g. list all the epics that were actually included in the plan, by simple filtering away all epics finishing after the finalisation of the planing period)
