Allow Subtask to have dependency to other Subtask

      Problem Description

      When Subtask has dependency on other Subtask, its parent (Story) will display below error message:

      • Cyclic dependency detected.

      Suggested Resolution

      Allow Subtask to have dependency to other Subtask.
