Allow Subtask to have dependency to other Subtask

      Problem Description

      When Subtask has dependency on other Subtask of the same parent, the parent (Story) will display one of the below error messages:

      • "Cyclic dependency detected"
      • "This issue can't be scheduled due to dependencies between its sub-tasks"

      Suggested Resolution

      Allow Subtask to have dependency to other Subtask.
