      Atlassian Update - 14 Feb 2023

After some analysis we've found that this ticket has been duplicated by the request at JSWCLOUD-17750 - Ability share Roadmaps/projects without consuming a license. Please cast your vote and watch that issue for further updates.

For users to access an Advanced roadmaps plan it is required for the users to have an Atlassian account, access to the site and a Jira software license assigned to them, on top of any other Advanced roadmaps permissions set in the site.

This request is to provide a function to generate a shareable, publicly available, read-only link for anyone to be able to see a plan.
