Issue Summary

On a team-managed project, after making some Workflow changes, the Columns and statuses will remain in a frozen state and won't be able to Save changes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a team-managed project and open the Project settings → Issue types and Edit workflow for one of your issue types (tested with a Sub-task)
2. Make some changes then Update workflow making sure your associate this workflow with a single issue type (the one selected prior)

Expected Results

You should then be redirected to the Columns and statuses setting where you will map the statuses to their appropriate columns.

Actual Results

You are redirected to the Columns and statuses settings and the page endlessly tries to save the changes made.

After waiting a couple of minutes, you are then presented with the following message:

Workaround

You can fix this by making another Workflow change and saving it, this will have a domino effect and fix the problem.
