Provide the ability to have different pre-defined texts in a description field or a custom text-area field based on a selected option from a different field during issue creation.

The pre-defined text should be populated to the field based on the option selected from a drop-down list of options during issue creation.

For example, during issue creation, there is a field called App Status, the field is a drop-down field with three options.

Option 1 is Staging
Option 2 is Testing
Option 3 is Production

During issue creation, when a user selects option 1 (staging) from the App status field, then the description field should populate with an already saved text explaining how staging is performed. If option 3 is selected (production) then the description for Production should be populated in the description field.
