      • Create project "QA"
      • Add 3 issues to project "QA"
      • Add public repo: "https://github.com/farmas/TestRepo-QA"
      • Open a new browser window and navigate to configure repositories page.
      • Delete the repo on one window and immediately sync the repo on the other.

      Expected: Error message stating that operation cannot be completed while deleting is preformed

      Actual: PropertyImplementationException surfaces to the client.

      Note: This is similar to https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/GHC-94, however notice that the stack trace is originating from a different point within the plugin.
